Creme De La Chronicle March 2021

2020 was a busy year for Crème de la doodle.

Sundae had her final litter April 2020 before retiring.  We were able to breed her with Phoenix, our red standard poodle.  Sundae carries red, so we had lots of deep red goldendoodles. Beautiful litter!

Goldie, the goldendoodle from our 2019 litter was donated at 8 weeks to Freedom guide dogs.  We received numerous reports in 2020 from her puppy handler that Goldie is going to be an exceptional guide dog for someone.  She is expected to graduate early from the program she is doing so well.

Jade and Phoenix had their first litter August 2020.  We called this litter our “Rainbow” litter because there was such a variety of colors.  We even had a brown puppy, who we kept and named Crème de la Meadow. We plan for brown poodle litters with her.

At the very end of 2020, our long-awaited golden retriever puppy was born.  We named her Crème de la Bee my Honey AKA Honeybee.  We will be returning to breeding F1 goldendoodles with her starting 2023. We are very pleased with her. Wonderful temperament and so easy to train!  She has the ability to go far with any kind of training.

And finally, we are expecting another litter with Jade and Phoenix early April 2021.Will it be another rainbow litter? Will there be another brown? We won’t know the colors until they are born, but we are sure they will be another beautiful litter like our August 2020 litter was!

Creme de la Chronicle 10/20/19

Hello again friends,

The 2019 Autumn litter turned 4 weeks old yesterday. They're bundles of fluff, playing, eating and sleeping. Last week, we introduced them to soaked food and they're up to 2 meals a day, in addition to nursing. Six have been chosen by loving families, one is to be donated as a guide dog and three are still available.

Yellow and brown puppies, both available as of 10/20/19.

Yellow and brown puppies, both available as of 10/20/19.

They'll be moving into their puppy palace next weekend and we hope to have occasional live feeds available when they're playing. From their puppy palace, they will be able to go outside to explore and begin house training.

We did a photo shoot for the 4 week birthday, and between the squirming and sleeping, we managed to get some cute pics that you can check out here. We should be doing another photo shoot in the coming weeks, so stay tuned and follow us on Facebook and Instagram for updates.

This year, we announced our first ever Halloween costume contest, available to all Creme de la Doodle pups and their friends. Check out our contests page for details. Voting for winners will begin November first.

Thanks for reading,

The Creme de la Doodle Family

PUPPY REPORT Oct 22, 2017

Busy week for the puppies!  Lot of Firsts.

The biggest thing is that they started eating solid food on their 3 week old birthday.  The first day, they got more food on themselves and each other than in their bellies.  As of yesterday, they are now eating solid food 3 times a day.  Solid food for puppies this age is soaked puppy food put into a blender with warm water and made into mush.  They are being weaned off of Sundae. Right now she nurses them two times a day.

The other big thing is that we started using a turf pee pad kit. So far we are very pleased. It is great to see a puppy wake up from their nap, head over to the turf and pee. The pups don’t get it right every time, but they just learned to walk! When they miss the turf, at least it is over on that side of their box.  They are trying their best.

Today they learned to drink water from a water bowl. Very cute!

We also gave them a puppy bed, which they have been keeping amazingly clean.

AND: We can’t forget the most fun thing!  The pups went outside as a group.  We have a large chain link kennel with 6 ft. sides. The pups looked very small in the giant kennel. The pups had a blast in there once they got used to being outside. They ran around, then slept, then ate, and slept again.

Orange and Blue

Currently 4 of the pups are spoken for. We have 4 left that available, Black collar (gold), Blue collar (cream), Green collar (gold), and Orange collar (gold). (all boys). Black is the curliest, Green is curly and fluffy, Blue has curls and is fluffy, and Orange has a very soft coat, which is getting fluffy.

  • Orange barks and is active, but as soon as he is picked up, he is super mellow and melts into cozy cuteness.
  • Black collar is our smallest male. He is a smart pup and has no problem holding his own. He is inquisitive and social.
  • Blue collar is a mellow fellow, and generally goes with the flow. Blue was the first born of the litter.
  • Green collar is a big puppy. He can play hard, but he is gentle. He often is sleeping with the smaller puppies snuggled next to him.
